Tiger Financial is a specialist bridging loan and development finance broker with over twenty years of experience, spanning several complete periods of the economic cycle. Our brokers work across residential and commercial property throughout the UK and Western Europe, drawing on a granular, practitioner-level knowledge of the lending market.
We manage the full debt sourcing process, from initial structuring through to closing: presenting deals to the lending market, negotiating terms, monitoring progress through credit, and staying involved through to execution. Few brokers know the lender landscape as well as we do, which is what allows us to secure well-structured facilities and run the financing process efficiently on your behalf.
How we work
Our process runs end to end. We structure the deal around the borrower’s position, present it to the lenders best suited to that case, negotiate terms on the client’s behalf, and stay involved through credit monitoring and completion. Behind that process sits a panel of over 300 lenders, built up over twenty years across bridging, development finance and private capital sources throughout the UK and Western Europe.
Where a case needs a specialist structure or a lender outside our usual panel, we draw on those relationships to find the right fit rather than force a deal through a standard product.
The person behind the business
Tiger Financial is led by Matthew Dailly. He grew up in Aberdeen, was educated at Robert Gordon’s College, and studied Economics at the University of Edinburgh. He set up his first finance business in 1999 and moved into bridging loans and development finance in 2004.
In the two decades since, he has sat on both sides of the desk: packaging and presenting deals as a broker, and assessing and underwriting them as a lender. That dual perspective shapes how Tiger Financial structures every case we bring to market, since we understand not just what a borrower needs but what a credit committee is actually looking for.
